STEP 3 - SIGN ARTIST AGREEMENT
Once you have read and understood both the General Terms and Conditions and the Artist Agreement Terms and Conditions, please ensure you have completed, signed and submitted the Artist Agreement form here
​
STEP 4 - ENTRY FEE PAYMENT
After signing the agreement form please make your payment via bank transfer using the details provided in the 'UTR Artist Agreement Terms & Conditions'
STEP 5 - INSURANCE
You will need to upload a pdf showing proof of your public liability & exhibition insurance when completing the artist agreement form. If you do not have existing exhibition and liability insurance at the time of signing your agreement, it can be arranged with organisations such as the SAA and A-N. You will then need to upload it here.
STEP 6 - STEWARDING DATES
For those of you who chose our stewarding option 1, the Stewarding Rota will be available here
(This may change depending on the length of the exhibition)

STEP 7 - SALES & RESERVE LISTS
Please print off BLANK copies of both your Main Sales and Reserve Sales lists in advance of setup day, ready to complete and hand in on the setup day once your display has been finalised and checked.

STEP 10 - UNIQUE ARTIST CODE
Your UTR Unique Artist Code can be found below please use this in all communication and when labelling your artwork.

STEP 11 - SETUP DISPLAY
Before leaving on setup day please ensure you have had your display checked by a support team member and you have also handed them your main sales list, reserve sales list, additional reserve artwork labels and your spare badge sheet.

STEP 12 - EXHIBITOR BADGES
Buy a name badge holder 60 x 90cm and print your exhibitor badge using one of the files below:

Please bring a spare sheet of badges on exhibition setup day.

Full payment due: 1st May 2025

Notification of stewarding availability: 1st May 2025

Takedown Day: Saturday 12th July 9am - 5pm
