After the huge successes of our previous events, we can offer another opportunity to exhibit artwork by artists across the UK at an open exhibition at Bluewater. We carry forward our ethos of supporting artists, whether professional, amateur, or emerging.

This will enable you to showcase and sell your work at a major venue at the busiest time of year when the footfall at Bluewater is huge!

The exhibition will continue to promote an inclusive, uplifting and joyful vibe celebrating community, mindfulness, and kindness. Therefore, we are looking for work of a positive theme, which can be of any medium.

The entry fee is £165 with commission charged on sold work of 25% (+ 2% card payment handling fees). This option requires 3 days only of stewarding across the whole event.

There will be some places available to exhibit without the requirement to steward during the event, for an entry fee of £295 with commission charged on sold work of 25% (+ 2% card payment handling fees).  Set up and take down will still be required for this option but the UTR team will manage the artist’s display for the duration of the exhibition.

Successful 2D artists will be allocated a space (typically 2 x 2 metres wall or 2.5 x 1.8 meters panel) within the venue. 3D artists will be allocated sufficient space for a display of at least 2 x 2 meters.

We supply all panels and 3D display equipment. Please note because our Bluewater events use otherwise empty units, we are subject to the availability, size/layout and lighting available within the units. Every effort is made to provide the best lighting and layout available at the time but we are unable to alter the lighting available.

Each artist will be required to hang/display their own work during the set-up week and will be required to help steward the exhibition on a rota basis. Artists will need to be available on take down day.
Artists will need to have their own insurance in place covering loss or damage and public liability

If you would like to be considered for this exhibition, please follow this link where you can apply online.
